CHANG Chun

A native of Huayang, Sichuan, Chang Chun was a classmate of Chiang Kai-shek at Shinbu Preparatory School in Japan. Chang participated in the 1911 Xinhai Revolution (also known as the Wuchang Uprising), the 1913 Second Revolution against Yuan Shi-kai, and the ROC Provisional Constitutional Protection Movement. After the government moved to Taiwan, Chang served as secretary-general of the Office of the President and senior adviser to the president.
