Description

A native of Huayang, Sichuan, Premier Qun Zhang was a classmate of late President Kai-shek Chiang when he as studying at Sinbu Preparatory School. Premier Qun Zhang participated in the 1911 Revolution, the 1913 Revolution, and the Constitutional Protection Movement. After the government moved to Taiwan, Premier Qun Zhang was the secretary general and senior advisor to the president.
