Description

Premier Su Tseng-chang travels to Su’ao Port in Yilan County to join young sailors from Yueming Elementary School at the start of their sailboat tour circumnavigating Taiwan. He encouraged the students to pay a salute to the seas, appreciate the important function of oceans, and understand the meaning of “being in the same boat.”
