Premier Su Tseng-chang celebrates the opening of the widened South Link Highway along Provincial Highway 9. He drove construction engineers in this truck along a stretch of this highway to express his appreciation as the leader of the nation’s highest administrative organ to all the work crews and engineers of the project.
