Premier Jiang Yi-huah (fourth from left) attends a celebration held by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the signing of the Agreement between New Zealand and the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen, and Matsu on Economic Cooperation (ANZTEC). The first such pact Taiwan has signed with a developed country, the ANZTEC is a high-standard liberalization agreement covering a wide range of topics, Jiang said, adding that it will benefit both sides economically.
