Description

Premier Chen Chien-jen visits a nonprofit preschool in Keelung to inspect the results of extended care services provided by public and nonprofit early childhood institutions. The new school was built using subsidies from the Forward-looking Infrastructure Development Program, with the goal of creating an optimum environment for diversified learning and child development. Under President Tsai Ing-wen’s national child care policy for children ages 0-6, the government has developed a range of supportive child care measures.
