Description

After Typhoon Saola, Premier Sean Chen (second from left) surveys crop damage in Changhua County and later Yunlin County. Chen also instructed the Ministry of Transportation and Communications and Council of Agriculture to check for road damage and agricultural losses, and requested local authorities to report the latest situation to the central government as soon as possible.
