Description

Premier Chang San-cheng (fourth right) attends the inauguration of a national research center for mosquito-borne diseases research center in Tainan City. Established by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, the center has branches in Tainan and Kaohsiung to boost epidemic control efforts among central and local governments, experts and academics.
